Marjana Laibacher Rogelj has a B.A. in psychology. Due to her desire for additional knowledge and to further understand the relations among people, she enrolled in the study of Kempler's Family Therapy during her studies. She has worked as a family consultant for the Kranj Social Work Centre.

Since 2001 she has been working as a business consultant and a specialist in the field of the development of leadership and sales competencies. She gained her first experience in the field in the Vernar VTC educational company, in which in past years she has worked for as a business director. She is currently successfully leading her own company, Moj Mentor, which specializes in practical solutions in the field of the management of employees' potential. These solutions bring measurable results to companies and they directly support strategic business goals, projects and challenges.

She has upgraded her knowledge by undertaking various professional training courses abroad and she is a certified Insights consultant. She is distinguished for her genuineness, openness, dynamic character and professional attitude, and her readiness to confront unpleasant experiences in the field of learning and development.

During the many years of her professional career she has collaborated with numerous Slovene companies: Acroni d.d., Adriatic-Slovenica d.d., Banka Koper d.d., BSH Hišni aparati d.o.o., Deželna banka Slovenije, Engrotuš d.o.o., Hranilnica Lon d.d., IMOS d.d., Kadring d.o.o., Korporacija Hidria, Ljubljanske Mlekarne d.d., Merck, Pfizer, Rotomatika d.o.o., SanofiAventis, Sparkasse d.d., SKB d.d., Spar Slovenija d.d., Telekom Slovenija and many others.

Radovan Martinek started his educational career at the University of Chemical Technology Pardubice with a major in Inorganic Technology and Ecology and a minor in Economy and Information systems. He has a PhD degree in economics and finance from the University of Chemical Technology, faculty of Economics, Prague with a specialization in risk management. In 2006 he finished his MBA degree at the City University of Washington, Prague with a specialization in financial management.

His last 10 years of professional experience have been in banking with a major focus on risk management. Before the banking experience he worked in the investment funds environment. In 1995/96 he was employed in Altius, a.s.p. where he held the position of CEO and Vice-president of the board with responsibility for all activities of the company, strategy, financing and planning and management of investment fund co-operation (6 major investment funds in CZ). Afterwards he started to work in Česká Spořitelna, a.s. (Erste Bank Sparkassen group) first as the Head of Credit Analysis Department, which prepares analyses of corporate and significant retail clients of the bank and later on as the Head of Restructuring and Workout Department with responsibility for the clients in overdue or in default. He continued his career at GE Money Bank, a.s. where he held the position of Head of Underwriting Department. In 2006 he gained employment at Volksbank Serbia, a.d. as an Executive Board Member with responsibility for Credit, Market and Operational Risk management and Finance and Controlling.

Klaus Tumuscheit represents more than 30 years of experience with managing all types of projects. Today he is a well-known professional, author and speaker in the field of project management, where he has already published several well selling books.

His publications are based on his long-term record of projects that he has managed or coached. These projects range from IT-projects to reorganizations, from training projects (introduction of project management) to turn arounds (trouble shooting: how to save a project that is almost collapsed?).

From these experiences he has developed his specific approach to project management that combines hard and soft facts in an elegant way.

Klaus Tumuscheit has made his professional education in computer science and completed this knowledge with in-depth training in systemic consulting. He is member of the master-group of the highly reputable ISB in Wiesloch (B. Schmid) and he is a certified management consultant (CMC/BDU).
